How long does it take to ship an item?
Processing time is approximately 3 business days. Shipping time depends on where you are located and what items are ordered. Shipping will be an estimated 3-10 business days. If there are any anticipated delays, you will be updated via email. All of our items are made-to-order. Some products require a lot of attention and some processes of printing take longer than others.

All products are true to size. They are not oversized or tight fit. Please contact us through our contact page with any questions and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
All sales are final, which means we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake we made with your order (including, but not limited to, receiving the wrong item, size, or colour way).
Because all of our items are made-to-order, processing begins immediately after you confirm. Please double check your sizing and the items in your cart before you check out. Please also make sure to verify you have inputted the correct shipping address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns.
